Scope of Work
Construction of the Fier – Elbasan – Qafë Thanë 400 kV single-circuit transmission line (approximately 130 km).
Construction of Elbasan 3 Substation and expansion of Fier Substation. Elbasan 3 will include a 400 kV switching substation, connections to Tirana 2, Zemblak, Fier, North Macedonia, and Elbasan 2, and a shunt reactor. Fier Substation will be expanded with a new 400 kV switchyard and a 400/220 kV autotransformer.
