Foundation in Saudi Arabia
JD Power Projects Contracting was established in Saudi Arabia to cater to the growing demand for Underground Power Installation projects in the Middle East. The company focused on Fiber Optic Supply and Installation, along with testing works.
High Voltage Expansion
Within a year, the company expanded services to include Extra High Voltage Supply and Installation across KSA. They began catering to premium cable accessories from Pfisterer, Taihan Electric, and Raychem.
First Asian Project
The company executed its first Asian project at Palembang, Indonesia, providing installation for 150kV Joints. This led to opening a Philippines office, now offering turnkey projects across Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
North Africa & Restructure
Operations expanded into North Africa with three projects in Morocco. The Philippines office became global headquarters, handling Gulf and Asia Pacific operations while Saudi Arabia serves as a satellite office.
Pfisterer Switzerland Partnership
Selected as exclusive commercial agent by PFISTERER SWITZERLAND. Despite limited underground projects locally, Pfisterer gained nationwide recognition with Meralco, electric cooperatives, IPPs, and NGCP.
New Agency Portfolio
Became agents of LS Vina Cable, ID Technik, and EMELEC, expanding capabilities to support all requirements related to underground power cable systems across the region.
Dubai Branch Office
Opened a new branch office in Dubai, strategically positioned to expand presence across UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain, marking another milestone in global growth.
